Common questions

Where are my photos? On your phone, and only there. Open the Journey tab to browse them. They are included in your normal iPhone backup.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are handled by Apple: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Glowy. You can also restore a purchase from the You tab in the app.

My reminders are not showing up. Check that notifications are allowed for Glowy in iOS Settings, and that a reminder time is set in the You tab.

I missed a day. Is my progress gone? No. Glowy has no streak punishment. Missed days simply stay quiet on your Journey, and rest days are part of the plan.
